I'd like to tell you of our Evelyn Stuck experience.We were in the planning stages of a move and called Evelyn to come check out our home and let us know what we needed to do to get it market ready. She came with comps in hand and assured us it was ready. Within 48 hours working around our children's hybrid school schedules she had everything ready to hit the market. We were on social media and real estate websites with a fabulous virtual tour and beautiful pictures. Our home went active late Saturday afternoon and by Monday evening we had 4 offers above asking price.
